Terms, Conditions & Return Policy

 

Pricing

Our pricing is in Canadian dollars excluding taxes, assemble and duty fees. 

Shipping

Blissful Bootique is not responsible for any custom delays, lost or stolen packages. Shipment could be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that Blissful Bootique is not responsible for these types of situations and refunds will not be applied.

All orders ships from Ontario, Canada.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Canadian Holidays).

Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Our return policy is within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at blissfulbootique@gmail.com with your order # and complete name. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Refunds will be for the original order amount of the product excluding the shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Blissful Bootique is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition and packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, wash or use

Blissful Bootique will not disclose your personal information without your consent. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect lawfully.
